In an effort to make your experience as enjoyable as possible, please take the time to read WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
TICKETS
Double check your ticket delivery method before leaving home! Remember, this is a Reserved Seating event, each guest has an assigned seat. If you need some help don’t be afraid to grab one of our ushers or security guards to help you out!
WILL-CALL Tickets are available to pick up day of show after 12pm. Valid photo ID in the name of the order is required. Will-call is located at the main box office of the Arena on Jefferson Ave. Tickets may also be purchased at this location.
TICKETS ON YOUR PHONE: If you choose to display tickets on your smart phone, take a screen shot prior to arrival in case of connection issues and will Save you time. Also please have your brightness level up.
REMEMBER: If you transfer your ticket to someone (including yourself) after you save a screen shot, it will no longer be valid as the bar code will change.
DOORS/START TIME & SECURITY
Doors to the Arena are scheduled to open at 3:00PM (for the 4:00pm show) and 7:00pm (for the 8:00pm show). Please allow more time for security check, ticket taking, visiting concessions and merchandise before the show. The less you travel with into the building, the faster the security process with take. Please remember to remove your keys and cell phone from your pocket and place in bin. Small amounts of change, belts, shoes and watches can stay on. Please do not bring any weapons including box cutters or small knives.We do anticipate lines, so arrive early, and be sure to use one of our four entrances. Jefferson Ave, Huron Ave, Madison Ave and the bridge that connects to the next door parking garage and The SeaGate Center.
PHOTO POLICY• Photo Policy – Trans-Siberian Orchestra does allow limited photography of the performance.Photography is restricted to non-professional point & shoot style cameras from your assigned seat.
FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. NO Video Recording, NO Audio Recording, NO cameras with detachable lenses, NO tripods are permitted.
SHOW NOTES• Strobes – Please be advised Trans-Siberian Orchestra uses Theatrical Strobe Lighting Effects, Lasers, Fog and Pyrotechnics in the presentation of their live performance.• Lasers: Please be advised Trans-Siberian Orchestra uses Lasers. No Binoculars, No Telescopes, No handheld lasers, No Magnifying Devices, No Cameras with Removable Lenses. You will be ejected from the show if you are observed using any kind of magnifying device.

Disney on Ice Contest on Facebook

Here’s a chance to win tickets to Disney on Ice December 19-22. We will be conducting contests on our Facebook page where you can win 4 tickets to a show and 2 of your guests (ages 4-10 years old) can BE IN THE SHOW!
Tickets will be Floor seats close to the ice and the show!
Conditions of Participation:
- The ride (part of the show you will participate in) will be approximately 3 minutes long and will conclude at the end of the Under the Sea number.
- Must be able to sit unassisted in the ride and adhere to all ride rules for the duration of the ride.
- Participating child must have supervising adult with them.
- Each child participating in the ride and his/her supervising adult must be in their seats no later than 20 minutes prior to the show. Must be within the ages of 4-10 years old.
- Seatbelts must always be worn while participants are in the ride.
- No food, drink or personal items are permitted in the ride.
- Taking photos or videos from inside the ride is not permitted.
- Child must wear close-toed shoes.
- Ariel, Flounder, and Sebastian as well as the Sea Sirens will interact with the participants within the context of the choreography.
We will pick one winner at random for each of the contests. No purchase necessary.

Los Angeles, CA, West Conshohocken, PA, – Oct 1, 2019 — AEG Facilities, LLC (“AEG Facilities”), the venue management affiliate of Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc. Returning with all-new staging and effects is the unforgettable show that started it all, “Christmas Eve and Other Stories.” TSO’s show that started small, performed to 12,000 people in five cities in 1999, which then exploded onto the national scene, eventually playing to 9 million fans over the course of an incredible 12 years (through 2011), the mega-hit “Christmas Eve and Other Stories” has grossed an incredible $377 million over 1224 performances.
A product of the vision and imagination of TSO’s late founder/composer/lyricist Paul O’Neill, “Christmas Eve and Other Stories” began the unique format O’Neill called “Rock Theater” and forged a deep connection with their fans that it turned into the wildly-successful tour, cementing the group’s status as a must-see, multi-generational, holiday tradition and kick-started the trend of Yuletide season tours. “Christmas Eve and Other Stories” is based on the triple-platinum album of the same name and follows a story by TSO’s late founder/composer/lyricist Paul O’Neill. In keeping with the classic line “If You Want To Arrange It, This World You Can Change It,” the story is set on Christmas Eve when a young angel is sent to Earth to bring back what is best representative of humanity.
