New Summer Professional Hockey League Debuts at the Huntington Center

The new league will be piloted for 21 dates starting July 10 and running through August this summer. They will feature 4 teams and play 18 regular season games, 2 semi-finals and a championship game that will conclude August 15, 2026. The league will feature numerous minor league players, coaches and definitely a few names that Toledo fans will recognize.
All team names will be locally based, and we are asking the public for help in naming two of them. Submissions can be made on the league website or social media. (https://www.xrhl.net/news/welcome)
The winners of these will receive a prize pack and jersey of the team. Tickets will be available to First In Line Members from 12:00pm February 25th, until Friday February 27th at 4:00pm. The general public will be able to purchase season tickets starting Friday February 27th at 10 am. Single seat requests for single games will only be available after April 1st on a first come, first serve basis
