What you need to know for TSO This Wednesday afternoon and evening.

In an effort to make your experience as enjoyable as possible, please take the time to read WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

TICKETS

Double check your ticket delivery method before leaving home! Remember, this is a Reserved Seating event, each guest has an assigned seat. If you need some help don’t be afraid to grab one of our ushers or security guards to help you out!

WILL-CALL Tickets are available to pick up day of show after 12pm. Valid photo ID in the name of the order is required. Will-call is located at the main box office of the Arena on Jefferson Ave. Tickets may also be purchased at this location.

TICKETS ON YOUR PHONE: If you choose to display tickets on your smart phone, take a screen shot prior to arrival in case of connection issues and will Save you time. Also please have your brightness level up.

REMEMBER: If you transfer your ticket to someone (including yourself) after you save a screen shot, it will no longer be valid as the bar code will change.

DOORS/START TIME & SECURITY
Doors to the Arena are scheduled to open at 3:00PM (for the 4:00pm show) and 7:00pm (for the 8:00pm show). Please allow more time for security check, ticket taking, visiting concessions and merchandise before the show. The less you travel with into the building, the faster the security process with take. Please remember to remove your keys and cell phone from your pocket and place in bin. Small amounts of change, belts, shoes and watches can stay on. Please do not bring any weapons including box cutters or small knives.We do anticipate lines, so arrive early, and be sure to use one of our four entrances. Jefferson Ave, Huron Ave, Madison Ave and the bridge that connects to the next door parking garage and The SeaGate Center.

PHOTO POLICY• Photo Policy – Trans-Siberian Orchestra does allow limited photography of the performance.Photography is restricted to non-professional point & shoot style cameras from your assigned seat.

FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. NO Video Recording, NO Audio Recording, NO cameras with detachable lenses, NO tripods are permitted.

SHOW NOTES• Strobes – Please be advised Trans-Siberian Orchestra uses Theatrical Strobe Lighting Effects, Lasers, Fog and Pyrotechnics in the presentation of their live performance.• Lasers: Please be advised Trans-Siberian Orchestra uses Lasers. No Binoculars, No Telescopes, No handheld lasers, No Magnifying Devices, No Cameras with Removable Lenses. You will be ejected from the show if you are observed using any kind of magnifying device.

RE-ENTRY POLICY. Due to safety & security of all guests and staff re-entry is not allowed into the facility. If you leave the building, you will not be allowed re-entrance.
